Today I took Addison for her 4 month checkup. She weighs 15lbs 11oz (much less than I expected) and is 25 1/2 inches long. She is in the 90th percentile for both height and weight, and the 95th percentile for head size. We laugh at her big head but apparently it is a good sign of brain growth. She got 2 shots and drank the other immunization, and will go back for the rest in one month. I couldn't bare to give them to her all at one time. She didn't even cry with her first shot and let out a little cry with the second. The doctor told me to start her on rice cereal and introduce vegetables in about a week. She also told me to put her in a jumper since her head is still a little flat. This just meant another trip to Babies R' Us...yay for shopping trips!
