This past weekend was my birthday, the big THREE-O. Honestly, everyone asked if I wanted a party or to go away somewhere, but I didn't want to leave Addison for the whole weekend, and didn't want the stress of a party. I know, I know, I wouldn't be planning it, but aren't parties always stressful? YES! We had planned a relaxing day at Glen Ivy Hot Springs in Corona. For anyone that has not been there, you should go. Even if you don't get massages, pedicures, etc., it is so much fun to lounge in all of the different spas and pools. I have been a few times before, and love it every time. We met my mom and grandparents so they could pick Addison up. It was her first night away from home {and she didn't even miss us}! We enjoyed the spas, Club Mud (see below) and ended the day with a couples massage. 
After, we went home and got ready for dinner. I wanted to go downtown, but not neccessarily to a club or bar, so we opted for Hard Rock Cafe. I have celebrated many birthdays there, and have now been to HRC in 5 different cities! I have to say, it was so nice to have a day/night away from Addison. {It only took me almost 20 months to leave her over night!!!}
After, we went home and got ready for dinner. I wanted to go downtown, but not neccessarily to a club or bar, so we opted for Hard Rock Cafe. I have to say, it was so nice to have a day/night away from Addison. {It only took me almost 20 months to leave her over night!!!} The next day my parents and grandparents brought Addison back to San Diego, and we met my cousins and aunt and uncle in Old Town for lunch at Casa Guadalajara...our favorite place! Banana Margaritas are seriously awesome!
And as much as I thought I didn't want a present, Carlos said that you only have one 30th birthday (and since I have everything I could imagine and he wouldn't know what to get me), I had to pick out something that I wanted. I searched and searched, and finally decided on the Tiffany Keys Heart Locket. I love the Tiffany Keys, and love the fact that I can put pictures in it. My bling bling heart necklace will finally take a break, so I can wear my new one!

YAY! What a perfect 30th birthday weekend! I was just telling my girlfriends how much I want a locket! Hope you had a nice weekend!
I actually changed my mind at the last second and ended up getting the heart key instead of the locket. I thought about it and realized that not many people ask you to look in your locket anyway, and I want to get a gold key at some point in time (maybe 10yr anniv...lol) to layer over it, and it wouldn't really layer over the locket. If you do want a locket though, the Tiffany Heart Key Locket is so cute!
