Smarty Pants!

As of yesterday, Addison is officially 2yrs and 3mos old! It's so funny, because before a baby turns a month old, their age is referred to in weeks. Once they hit a month, their age becomes weeks and months. Once they hit a year, it becomes a year, unless they are at a weird in-between stage then it's still months. Once they hit 2yrs...that's it! Their age is now officially referred to in years. It is so strange! When someone asks how old she is, you don't even second-guess or have to figure out the months...she's TWO!!!

Ahhh, what a smarty pants Addison is at 2 yrs old! Yesterday she was watching Princess and the Frog on her DVD player. Yes it was supposed to be for the car, but it is a good way for her to watch her movies without us having to watch them as well! We suddenly noticed that we couldn't hear the sound. When we looked down, Addison had taken my ipod earbuds from the computer, and put them in the correct spot for the headphones. (There are 2, one that lets you continue to hear the sound, and one that is headphones only). Of course since she knows better than to stick the earbuds in her ears, she was holding them up to her ears. It was so funny! She reminded me of a little DJ holding their headphones. Don't get any ideas though...we do NOT have the next Samantha Ronson. Lol!
