Addison hatched...9 months ago today!

Addison is 9 months today, and although this picture is from yesterday, I thought it was so funny since she was sitting in a giant eggshell! It is amazing to me that she was born 9 months ago! I look at pictures of her and cannot believe how much she has changed. Even in two months, her hair has grown a tremendous amount, and she looks like a completely different girl. She is now crawling, still only has two teeth, and is drinking water from a cup or straw. She refuses to drink water from a bottle, and doesn't really do anything with a sippy cup other than chew on it. I don't know where she learned to drink from a cup, or a straw, but she is very good at it. It is so strange to go into restaurants and get her her own water in a kids cup! I am starting to think that she really doesn't like bottles in general, since she still refuses to hold her bottles. How does a baby hold a bottle at 4 or 5 months, and then decide that they won't hold it anymore? She is so stubborn! She loves reading and turns the pages of her books on her own...and even turns them in the right direction. I think she is a natural born scholar...hopefully! I laughed when I started thinking about her 1st birthday party a few months ago, but now I realize that it is right around the corner...Save the date...it will be on Saturday, November 14th!
