Today is officially Addison's birthday! Actually, if you want to be precise, her birthday is at exactly 6:30 p.m.! I cannot believe all of the milestones that have happened in what feels like a very short year!!! Smiling, laughing, crying, and first words; rolling over, sitting up, crawling, cruising the furniture and standing (without assistance); new baby hair, bald spots, and curls; formula, rice cereal, baby food, and table food; and best of all...no fevers or coughs! I am sure there are many more that I didn't mention, and am expecting that she will be walking any day now!
Once she finally woke up I had to get her ready to go get her 1st birthday pictures taken! They turned out cute, although I should've thought about the fit of the dress when she'd be sitting down! And no, I didn't do a big flower or bow because she kept ripping them out, so we had to settle for the same old little clip. Tonight we are going to Island's for some kid-friendly dining! I know she won't remember her party, presents, or anything that we are doing today to celebrate, but it's still fun anyway!
