I can...breathe!

Today was a great week! Addison turned 2 1/2 years old on Tuesday! I also realized that I accomplished a major goal that I have been dreading for years...potty training! I wanted Addison to officially be potty trained by 2 1/2 years old, and guess what??? She is!!! She has not worn a Pull Up in over a week! She was using them only for about 5 minutes to go #2, but she finally decided that she loves her potty so much, so she'd rather go there 100% of the time! I just wish she would go in the regular toilet rather than her little potty, but as long as she isn't in diapers, I am so happy! She even woke me up at 2 a.m. to go to the bathroom!

Carlos just finished his last final. I hate school! I loved school back in the day when that (and work) were all I had to focus on. Obviously I loved school, since I kept going back and eventually got my Master's. Being in the military, even though they pay for your schooling, it is almost impossible to get it done. When they are on deployment they can take online classes, but their work schedule varies so greatly, that it's almost impossible to take traditional classes. Luckily, Carlos got a little bit done, and has now finished enough to have his Associate's degree. Of course that is not enough, so he is wait-listed for CSU San Marcos (since we are not in their area and their admission is insanely impacted). Hopefully he will know by summer if he can attend in the fall. The good thing is that he actually has a summer break! Finally...a break from school! Yes!

Now we will just wait to see what this summer has in store for us! I hate the waiting game!
