Yesterday, my mom and grandma came down for my doctors appointment. It was also my grandmas birthday, so it was fun to have her down here. On the way to eat after my appointment, Addison decided that my grandma looks like an egg because she has white hair. Seriously, some of the things she says and the analogies she comes up with are hilarious, and SO clever! She is definitely wise beyond her years, which is also a hindrance because she ALWAYS wants to be involved in every conversation that anyone has. Luckily, my grandma is so funny, so she thought it was hysterical!
After the appointment we went and ate at Thornton Winery. I had never been there before, so it was definitely different than South Coast, but the food (and dessert, which no one supposedly wanted) was good! I had an Eggplant Flatbread Pizza. Apparently Eggplant helps to naturally induce labor. Lol! After we ate, the waitress brought the dessert tray, and we each got something. Not to mention, they brought my grandma a small dessert for her birthday. The funniest thing, is that I was the only one not to eat my entire dessert. It's a miracle!
