Oh my goodness, I cannot get over how opposite Addison and Miranda are. They are literally like night and day. Addison was the PERFECT baby. No she didn't sleep great at night, but she was so good. You could take her in the car for HOURS and she would sleep. She would sleep all day, had no problems with anything at all, and was just an all around easy baby. And then there's Miranda. She wants to be up all day long. We have had her on so many formulas because she is either gassy, constipated, or just fussy. Nothing is working. She is now on Nutramigen which is $35 a can and has made her face break out with little pimples. Next up...Enfamil Gentlease. Pray that it works. Addison never spit up, had explosive diapers (which Miranda has come close to having), never had to change formulas, never had weird rashes on her face or diaper rash. She rarely even cried, and NEVER not EVER did she cry in the car, or in public places. Miranda is okay in the car, but we have had a few crying episodes where she sounds like she is ready to stop breathing because she is crying so hard. Addison was very independent and would literally just play or hang out in her swing or bouncy chair without fussing. Miranda basically hates all of her "toys" that we have bought her and would like to be held all day long.
I always laughed when I would read my friends' posts on FB or read their blogs about their fussy babies, because I honestly never understood how a baby could be so high maintenance. They eat, poop, and sleep.
Well bite my tongue...now I COMPLETELY understand!!!
