Good Night

Literally! Nights are so good, I actually feel bad for looking forward to going to sleep every night. The thing is, Miranda is a great sleeper. For the past two nights, she has woken up only once, at around 3 a.m. both nights. Addison was a perfect newborn, but one area that she wasn't great in was sleeping at night. She would wake up every yhree hours for almost her entire first year. Granted she wasn't a crier and was a great napper, but nights were rough.

Miranda, on the other hand, is the complete opposite. I blame a lot of it on her gassiness. We have tried changing bottles, and her pediatrician had us change formula. I'm hoping she's not lactose intolerant. We go back to the doctor next week...again!

One thing I've noticed is that she sleeps well during the day on her tummy. I know this is a no-no, but she seems so comfortable. Of course this means that I have her on the couch right next to me, and I'm watching her like a hawk.

One thing is certain...she has a great morning routine. She wakes up around 6:30, eats, gets a bath, and goes back to sleep. This gives Addison and I the chance to get ready. Success!
