Last night, we decided to go out to our favorite spot to eat, Casa Guadalajara. For anyone who has been to Old Town in San Diego, they know just how great the food is here, and the atmosphere is fun and 'authentic' feeling. Since it was Valentines Day, I made Addison wear her Hello Kitty dress again (since I didn't have a bow to match her heart dress). We ate and had fun at Casa Guadalajara, and then went to Target afterward (how romantic) since we needed diapers. Addison ended up getting Princess and the Frog sheets for her new bed when we move, a really cute dress, Toy Story 3 (on sale for $9!!!), and a few other things. Was it Christmas? Nope. Just a little Valentines Day shopping!

Just some shopping...
Carlos also said that I could get the computer armoire I have been DYING for! If we get the house that we are hoping to get, there is not a 4th bedroom for an office, but the family room has enough space for a desk. I do not want the computer, printer, etc, out in the open in the room, so I was looking for an armoire that could hold everything, including files, and also serve as a media cabinet for DVD's, videos, etc. This seems to be able to hold everything, and I love the style of it since it looks more like a large cabinet. I also like the fact that there are a bunch of matching pieces. I found it on Home Decorators Collection which is the decorating division of Home Depot. They were having a 20% sale, and even though it was $100 shipping, it was still cheaper than if they had it regular price and free shipping, or any other sale. Plus, ebates offers 3.5% back with them. Normally I don't get Carlos' approval for things because he always tells me to get it if I want it, but seeing as how this is going to be 'stored' in the apartment until we move, and it was a little pricey, I figured he had to like it too!
