Moving...

So, this weekend is it...moving weekend (and my birthday on Sunday). We have been working on the house for about a month now...have put a TON of money into it...but overall, even though there are a lot of things left to do, and no room is actually 100% complete, the house looks 150% better than it did when we bought it. We have been moving a little at a time. Every time we go up there, we take a car or truck full of boxes, furniture, etc. I seriously did not know how much stuff we had, until I started packing up the apartment. Our apartment is not that small, and since we have a ton of storage space, of course, there is a lot to pack. Addison's furniture and toys are all at the new house. Some of our furniture, is up there, and I honestly thought that at this point, all we would have is our big furniture. Boy was I wrong. I am looking at 6 full boxes packed full of stuff, as well as a dining room table and desk piled with who knows what. I should be packing, but am seriously going crazy and had to take a break! Addison was with my parents, and what a relief that was. We packed up 6 boxes of toys, took another 7 boxes of random kitchen and bathroom things, and whatever else we could while she was gone. Now that she's back...I am going crazy! Thankfully, Carlos is leaving work early so he can help!

Here is the only picture I got of her on 4th of July in her custom-ordered dress from Etsy (She's making a funny face!). We were working on the house and didn't do anything special. Next year, we will be watching the fireworks from our backyard!
